Washington, DC –The National League of Cities  (NLC) has selected the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona to host its 2011Congress of Cities Conference and Exposition will be held in at. The five-day conference, tentatively schedule for November, is expected to bring 6,000 municipal officials from around the country together to share new ideas and learn from one another. The conference is expected to generate between $8 and $10 million in revenues for Phoenix and surrounding areas.
