West Palm Beach, Florida—The Palm Beach County Convention Center has named Ovations Food Services as its new Food & Beverage provider. The Tampa-based company, known for its upscale and innovative menus has assumed all catering services at the 350,000 square foot meeting facility.
For the venue, the new contract will be another step in ehancing the attendee experience by redefining expectations of convention center cuisine.

"Ovations Food Services has an outstanding reputation for their superior quality service in all aspects of production."
Ovations Food Services is renowned for implementing specialty and customized menu with local flavors to large meeting and event facilities. Ovations trademarks include signature exhibition cooking techniques, trend setting buffet décor and high-end catering carts paired with an award winning culinary team.

That signature service will include the Everything's Fresh food service program, which emphasize local food product vendors as well as chef-centric banquet and retail dining options. “We will be delivering a fresh approach through our Chef-Driven and Chef-Led cuisine,” said Young We also will be featuring local cuisine to bring a more local flavor to our menu."
The Palm Beach County Convention Center opened in 2004 and features a 100,000-square-foot exhibit hall, a 22,000-square-foot ballroom and 19 meeting rooms. The venue hosts a diverse array of conventions, trade shows/consumer shows, conferences, social events, and meetings.
In addition to venues in Florida, Ovations handles Food & Beverages in an estimated 100 venues throughout the United States and Canada, serves over 9 million customers and has annual sales of over $200 million. Ovations is a subsidiary of Comcast-Spectacor, who is also principal owner of Global Spectrum. The Palm Beach County Convention Center is managed by Global Spectrum.
