One of the most beloved entertainment venues and a decades-old showcase for rock and contemporary music in New York City, the Beacon Theatre, has announced a six month, $15 million restoration project. The extensive reconditioning project is expected to bring this New York landmark building back to its original 1929 grandeur and solidify the commitment Madison Square Garden Entertainment made when it acquired the theatre in November, 2006.

| Gateway Center Project Gives GICC Two New Hotels |

The Georgia International Convention Center(GICC) in Atlanta will soon have two new adjacent hotels in addition to a one-million-square foot, mixed use complex adjacent to it. The Gateway Center, which includes a 403-room Marriottand 147-room Spring Hill Suites and eventually office buildings and retail stores, is currently under construction—official ground breaking ceremonies are expected in October—and the two new hotels are expected to open in 2010.
