Comes this Christmas season, millions of eyes will be watching the Chevrolet Centre in Youngstown Ohio for an exciting yuletide event. The Cleveland Pops Orchestra, along with singer and songwriter Peter Cetera of the band, Chicago, who has also had a solo career with numerous hits,   will headline a special evening of entertainment that mixes seasonal music and ice skating with the stars of Smuckers Stars on Ice Starring Sasha Cohen. The special event: Smucker’s presents Hot Ice, Cool Sounds promises to be a magical musical night featuring a star-studded list of Olympic and world-class figure skaters, including Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen, Olympic gold medalist Brian Boitano, six-time U.S. champion Todd Eldredge, world champion Yuka Sato, three-time U.S. champion Michael Weiss, world ice dancing champion Shae-Lynn Bourne, six-time Canadian champion Jennifer Robinson, Olympic pairs champions Jamie Sale and David Pelletier and two-time world silver medalist dancing champions Marie-France Dubreuil and Patrice Lauzon. The event takes place October 18 (tickets go on sale August 1) and will be filmed then televised nationally on Christmas Day on NBC.
