Falconry, known as the Sport of Kings, dates back to ancient times. Falconry is the craft of hunting wild game with trained birds of prey—hawks, falcons and eagles. "The Falconry Experience by The Hotel Hershey" focuses on natural history, raptor conservation and the important role that winged predators play in nature. The program acquaints participants with the history of man's relationship with raptors and the evolution of falconry. It includes outdoor free-flight demonstrations, a simulated ground pursuit demonstrating the raptor's amazing hunting techniques, and an opportunity to get up-close and personal with these majestic birds for a complimentary The Falconry Experience by The Hotel Hershey lasts between 60 and 90 minutes and is available Wednesdays through Sundays until Labor Day with
 three sessions per day. Participation includes admission to ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park, which, like The Hotel Hershey, is part of the family of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts properties.
