With a total project cost of $45 million, this complex also houses the Oshawa Sports Hall of Fame, a restaurant, corporate boxes and special club seating. General Motors Centre is also the home ice of the OHL hockey team, the Oshawa Generals. General Motors Centre is managed by Maple Leaf Sports & Entertaiment, who also manages the Air Canada Centre.
