The John Labatt Centre, the Global Spectrum-managed arena in London, Ontario welcomed one of the most famous sons of Canada, Neil Young this month, his first time on this stage since 1977! Neil sold out the show and played to a deafening London crowd, with wife Peggy singing backup and son, Ben, present. The John Labatt Centre presented Neil with a custom made glass slide, hand crafted by a local artist as well as a leather writing book made from tree-less cotton paper and hand scribed detail from Mandella Book Shop, a local bookseller.
