The management and sales team of the Allstream Centre - a Conference & Convention Centre at Exhibition Place, in Toronto Canada celebrating the topping off of the new venue.  In building construction, topping out, is a ceremony held when the last beam is placed at the top of a building commemorating the occasion. On schedule to open September 2009, Allstream Centre will be Canada's first LEED Silver Conference Centre, featuring Toronto's largest column-free ballroom and 20 state of the art meeting rooms.
