Meetings in Winston-Salem, North Carolina just got more convenient. The destination’s CVB, Visit Winston-Salem has launched MeetingsinMinutes.com, a new Web site for meeting planners who value their time. The site puts meeting planners in direct contact with hotel partners to book meetings of 50 room nights or less. The site enables planners to review quick turnaround options for smaller meetings. With the click of a mouse they can generate an email to the appropriate hotel contact to facilitate their meeting needs. No time lost trying to determine where a property is located in the community, no time lost trying to find an appropriate contact person at the property, and no time lost waiting for a response. Meetings in Minutes partners guarantee they return information to planners in less than 90 minutes for requests received before 5:00pm EST. Once on the site, planners are presented with a map of the community. The map highlights the area of the community with concentration of meeting venues. When planners click on the area they have an interest in, a list of the participating properties is created. The list not only includes importation information on the properties, it also has links to the appropriate contacts at the hotels. This is the newest section of the site for meeting planners. The Sales department will monitor the planner's requests, and the hotels response. This will ensure that planners have access to a full array of complimentary services offered by Visit Winston-Salem, as well as meeting the planners expectations

Benton, Jr. Convention Center, with its spacious lobby areas for pre-event registration or reception, hotel quality ballrooms and expansive exhibit halls, flows seamlessly into the Embassy Suites Hotel Winston-Salem and Marriott Hotel Winston-Salem to create the Twin City Quater complex.
