The Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, Virginia have opened their latest incarnation of ‘Halls of Art’, an exhibition comprised of over 40 regional artists, with a special, invitation-only event in May. The exhibition, where the work of the local artists decorate the convention center (and are available for purchase), runs through November. "In previous displays, we have been able to feature several different media of art,” said Eric Nealy, General Manager. “This newest exhibition is no exception. We are excited to see the growth of this program and are very pleased that visitors to the Hampton Roads Convention Center are able to enjoy the tremendous amount of artistic talent that we have in our area." The Hampton Roads Convention Center boasts 35 meeting spaces with the capacity for up to 14,000 delegates, a 108,000 square-foot exhibit hall (divisible by three) and is supported by over 3045 hotel rooms in close proximity.
