Alice Marini, Vice President of Human Resources, Comcast-Spectacor, was a pioneer in 1978 when she became the first Human Resources Director (and later Vice President) in the Sports Management Industry. In May she retired after 29 years leading the company’s human resources department and her retirement dinner was a tri-jersey philly event—Marini received team colors from the Philadelphia Flyers, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Philadelphia Phantoms. All the jerseys are emblazoned with the number 29, recognizing the number of years helming the companies human resources department.
