It was a record summer for the Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular® Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire. The pavilion has reported its 2007 Eastern Propane Concert Series had more attendees than any other season in the 12 year history of the music venue. A record 110,933 people came through the doors at 29 different shows in 2007, experiencing such acts as Reba McEntire, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Akon, Poison, Steve Miller, The Allman Brothers, Incubus, Alison Krauss, Meat Loaf, The Boston Pops, Trace Adkins, Sugarland and ZZ Top. The previous high attendance mark of 105,369 was recorded in 2003. "The continued support of music fans in New Hampshire is overwhelming," says R. J. Harding, President & General Manager, Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular® Pavilion. "It is getting stronger every season and our supporters seem to be more appreciative of what we’re doing here. Not only with the quality of entertainers, but with the venue in general. We have worked very hard at developing the overall concert experience."
