Construction is underway for The BROADMOOR Cottages to be complete in May of 2009.  Situated on elevated sites, presenting spectacular views of the 18th fairway of the East Course and sweeping vistas of Cheyenne Mountain, The BROADMOOR Cottages will bring the total guest accommodation space to 744. They are an ideal place to gather family, friends or associates for a unique and unparalleled experience. The new project entails five eight-unit buildings and one four-unit building. Additional outdoor space is available via window doors that open to expansive verandas adorned with wicker chairs and rockers and unparalleled and unobstructed views. The BROADMOOR is located on 3,000 acres and includes 700 rooms, three championship golf courses, a world-class Spa, 18 restaurants, cafés and lounges and many other amenities. In addition, the venue features the 60,000 square-foot- BROADMOOR Hall, the 18,000-square-foot International Center and the 15,00-square-foot Colorado Hall. These facilities make up The BROADMOOR Events Center Complex, offering 185,000 total square feet of flexible meeting and function space.
