The $31 million renovation included upgrades to its 468 guest rooms, lobby, exteriors 16 meeting rooms and 35,000 square feet of meeting/event space.

The newly-renovated Sheraton Norfolk Waterside now offers 468 guest rooms and eight luxury suites. The elegant Presidential Suite boasts two separate harbor views, and features two sitting rooms, dining room, master suite and optional 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The hotel’s expansive lobby offers an ambiance of contemporary, comfortable elegance, with wide-open spaces, and overstuffed furniture arranged in scattered seating areas designed for conversation.

The newly renovated rooms at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside feature the Sheraton brands "Sweet Sleeper" true queen or king beds comprised of two elements: the Sealy Posturepedic plush top mattress and foundation; and duvet ensemble which includes a plump duvet, color coordinated skirt, two natural fill pillows, two synthetic Comforel pillows by DuPont, crisp 200 thread-count white sheets, a fleece blanket, and the brand’s signature S-Crest pillow. Each guest room also features a 32" flat panel television.
