With winter heavily upon the Northeast, New York City has become populated by people dreaming of warmer climates. The Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau,  took advantage of these cold bodies with tropical states of minds by visiting the Big Icy Apple with their new tourism and meeting planner promotion: LIVE IN 212. PLAY IN 954. The promotion included the first ever “pop up” store created by a destination.
