The new 8,700 square-foot Harbor Ballroom at the Westin Boston Waterfront is part of the venue’s 45,000 square-foot meeting space expansion, which includes a 25,000 square-foot exhibit hall and five break-out rooms.

The Westin Boston Waterfront is Boston’s newest luxury convention hotel, located in the exciting Seaport District, minutes from Boston’s Logan International Airport and downtown Boston. Connected to the 1.6 million square foot Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. The Westin Boston Waterfront is a 17-story, full-service, state-of-the-art hotel featuring 793 upscale guestrooms, including 30 suites, two Presidential Suites with unsurpassed views, four Westin Workout rooms, a 130-seat signature restaurant "Sauciety," an 80-seat lobby lounge, "Birch Bar," and a 30-seat Starbucks café .

In April, the Westin Boston Waterfront completed its new 8,700 square-foot Harbor Ballroom. The ballroom’s opening marks the kick-off to the hotel’s 45,000 square-foot meeting space expansion. In addition to the ballroom, the expansion includes a 25,000 square-foot exhibit hall and five break-out rooms bringing the hotel’s overall meeting space capacity to 72,000 square-feet. Calling upon Boston’s rich history, the hotel named each break-out room after a well-known Boston wharf, including Burroughs, Carlton, Griffin, Lewis and Independence. Each room provides a snapshot of the wharf’s history at its entrance.

Now, guests and meeting attendees staying at the Westin Boston Waterfront have their own shuttle bus for easy travel to Boston hot spots. Taking time off from his duties as General Manager of the venue to debut the new service, David Connor takes the wheel for passengers Daniel Carrillo and Kaitlyn Scherer of Circles Marketing.

In addition to the additional Space, April was also the month for the hotel's new complimentary guest shuttle service. This added service will transform hotel guests' Boston commute to an energizing and replenishing experience, making stops at South Station and Boston's historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace seven days a week.
