Sunrise Springs has more than 7,500 square feet of meeting space, with facilities that include: The Atrium, which seats up to 210 people theatre style or 136 banquet style; The Aspen, which comfortably seats 20 guests at a central table boardroom style; The Moon House seats 40 - 56 for dining or /conference style seating; The Willows is a two-story building featuring a second floor that seats 50 theater style and 20 conference style and a first floor that seats 40 for dining, and can be used as a break-out room.

Built of reclaimed wood, mud and straw, the resorts' newer buildings are designed in alignment with the nature that surrounds them. Energy-saving light bulbs are used throughout the many outdoor walkways and paths. Guest rooms feature pressure-reducing showerheads and organic locally made in-room amenities.
